I just purchased a 4 piece Ziffel set last night from John F in the Somerville, NJ showroom. John was terrific, provided exceptional customer service! Very professional, very knowledgeable about the products, very patient regarding my indecision (I changed my mind a couple of times), and very thorough going over the paperwork, financing, etc. John is friendly, professional, helped me get the best deal for my money, showed me several options, but did not pressure sell!! That was very important to me!! John gave me time to think it through and make up my own mind. I will definitely return to purchase other furniture from John in the future and will highly recommend him to my friends. I haven’t had the furniture delivered yet, but am hoping it will as great an experience as it was purchasing it. Thank you.

Kudos to Shawn Ballingall of the Rt. 4 Paramus store. Shawn’s service was impeccable. He’s professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the store’s products and policies. I usually dislike shopping for large items and Shawn helped made it a pleasant experience.

The furniture was delivered within the stated time frame and the delivery/set up men were quick and clean. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until after they left that one of the men who had cut his finger during the set up process had left a blood stain on one of the couches. On calling customer service, they had a cleaning company out to me a few days later and the damage was removed within a 5 minute visit.

I would definitely recommend Jennifer Convertibles to anyone considering a furniture purchase. You can’t beat the quality and value for the price paid.

Yesterday, I purchased leather couches at the Jennifer Convertibles store in Farmingdale NY. I would like to commend the sales rep who was so patient, informative, extremely helpful and so kind. Hussein helped me make my decision with my purchase. Hussein deserves a GOLD star next to his name. I’ve never encountered such a fine person when purchasing furniture. He exemplifies what all sales reps should be. He’s truly an asset to Jennifer Furniture.
