Our new couch and loveseat were delivered 4 days later. They are beautiful!
The woman who helped us the day we made the purchase was so helpful and
knowledgable about the products. She made it so easy! The delivery staff
were right on time and very friendly. Thanks for making this process so
easy. We will definately be back when it comes time for our next purchase.

Yesterday, I purchased leather couches at the Jennifer Convertibles store in Farmingdale NY. I would like to commend the sales rep who was so patient, informative, extremely helpful and so kind. Hussein helped me make my decision with my purchase. Hussein deserves a GOLD star next to his name. I’ve never encountered such a fine person when purchasing furniture. He exemplifies what all sales reps should be. He’s truly an asset to Jennifer Furniture.

Thank you Hussein for your patience with me as I was having difficulty making my decision between two leather sets. Your information and patience helped me walk away a satisfied customer. I’ll be back to order more furniture for my living room very soon.

…So my fiance and I have been furniture shopping for the past few weeks. We’ve been to all the big name stores (Macy’s, Raymour, Ashley’s, etc.) and and a few smaller store as well. They all had one thing in common…pushy sales people. It was sometimes impossible to discuss anything with my fiance because there was always someone trying to make a pitch or tell a bad joke. When we did get a chance to talk amongst ourselves, we felt like the poor elephant calves that got separated from the herd and shortly realize the lions in the bushes that are slowly closing in on them (yes, the stalking was that bad).

When we walked into the Jennifer Convertibles in Paramus, NJ on Route 4, it was a completely different experience. While greeting us warmly and offering their assistance, Dolly and Shaun actually gave us space and allowed us to take our time as we walked through the store. This allowed us to really think about what we wanted without feeling pressured. When we finally decided to make the purchase, they were very helpful in explaining the process and it was clear that they are not about stabbing each other in the back to make a commission.

All-in-all, I just wanted you to know that you have a great team in Paramus. The way they manage their store and treat their customers shouldn’t go unnoticed. If only all salespeople were like Dolly and Shaun…

I purchased furniture in January from showroom employee
Phyllis, and my delivery people were two young gentlemen named Melvin and
Elvis. I am an old customer who purchased a sectional sofa from Jennifer in
1985, and I just got rid of the sofa about four years ago because I was
moving into a smaller place. I just wanted the company to know your
employee in the show room was very helpful and curteous. Also I want to
comment on the delivery men. They were wonderful, they called me to let me
know they were on their way, and when they arrived they were very efficient
and quick. You have a worderful staff all around, so I thought I would let
you know and I have always sent people to you and I see that you have not

Dear Mr. Smith, Yesterday I was looking to buy a sofa-bed for my guest bedroom. I luckily wandered into your store in Colma and met Dana. From the onset she was helpful and friendly without being too pushy. You had a bed that was perfect, but at first, Dana told me I’d have to wait a month to get the thing shipped from China…..that’s a whole other story!! :-) Anyway…I believe she talked with you and somehow you both worked your magic to make a very happy costumer! Thank you so very much. Again…Dana was terrific..her attentive and knowing service allowed me to leave confident in my purchase.I’m really looking forward to Friday when the delivery is happening.
